Remedy using Epsom Salt

  • Put water in a bowl
  • Warm it but do not boil it
  • Remove it from gas
  • Add 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt
  • Mix it well
  • Dip your sore joints in it
  • Soak for at least 10-15 min

Remedy Using Turmeric Powder

  • Place 1 cups of milk in a bowl
  • Place it on stove
  • Let it be warm
  • Strain it
  • Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder to it
  • Add honey to make it yummy
  • Drink it

Remedy using Mustard Oil

  • Warm up the mustard oil
  • Massage your joints with it by applying little pressure
  • Apply it twice a day

Remedy using Fenugreek Seeds

  • Take 1 tsp of grounded fenugreek seeds
  • Have them with lukewarm water

OR

  • Soak 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in a bowl
  • Let it stand overnight
  • Have them next morning
