  2. One can have Anjeer, Munnaka, guava, dates, banana trunk white portion crushed and juice extracted, sugar cane juice, pomegranate juice, amla juice, aloevera juice, palak juice etc to increase haemoglobin level in blood.avoid taking oil and fatty food.
