4) Beetroot is also an excellent way to increase the haemoglobin level in the body.Increase the intake of Vitamin b12 in the diet, include eggs, meat,fish,fortified cereals, poultry and soy-milk.
5)Gooseberries or Amla are treated as an excellent source of Vitamin C.It also contains iron. Similarly,apples are also good source of iron. Try to have gooseberries and apple empty stomach a little before meals, it let the body absorb the nutrients faster.
