1 tbsp. sesame oil (or canola oil)
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced or 1 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. fresh chives, minced or 1 tbsp. dried chives
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 ears fresh sweet corn, husked.
- In a small bowl, combine first six ingredients. Spread mixture over each ear.
- Wrap each ear of corn individually in heavy-duty foil.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, or until corn is tender.
