Premenstrual Syndrome(PMS) symptoms and treatment

Most of the women experiences muscle ache, swelling in hands and feet,bloating and tender breasts before the start of menstrual periods.They all are premenstrual Syndrome(PMS) symptoms and effect your daily life.PMS effects the changes in your body and your mood as well.PMS occurs either early in 20s or later in 30s.

A slight change in the way you live will probably help you get rid of above mentioned signs ans symptoms of PMS.You should start eating healthy foods rich in calcium and vitamin B6.Do exercise regularly.

Generally, treatment for PMs differs from person to person.The only way you can deal with it is to do some tasks on your own such as limit the intake of refined sugar, avoid salt and salty foods before menstruation and also avoid coffee. 

Try some stress management  techniques,get proper amount of rest,avoid alcohol.Some recommended dietary and herbal supplements that can help reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome are-red clover,green tea,gotu kola and 5-HTP.
