#1: Turmeric for Cervical Spondylosis

- Put 1 glass of milk on gas
- Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder in it
- Boil it
- Stir it
- Allow it to cool at room temperature
- Drink it
#2: Garlic for Cervical Spondylosis

- Take two clove of garlic
- Consume it along with water every morning empty stomach
#3: Sesame Oil

- Take few drops of Sesame Oil
- Apply it over the affected area
- Massage the area gently
- Do it for 5-6 min
- Apply a hot compression over the area
- Repeat this process twice a day
#4: Ginger

- Take 2 cups of water
- Put it on the gas
- Add 5-6 slices of ginger
- Let it boil till the time water becomes half its original quantity
- Add honey to taste
- Drink it
- Repeat this process twice a day
#5: Apple Cider Vinegar

- Take a glass of water
- Add 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to it
- Add honey to taste
- Mix well

- Take a handful of Neem Leaves
- Crush them
- Add some water to the crushed powder
- Make a fine paste of it
- Warm up this paste
- Apply on the affected area
- Let it stay at its place for half an hour
