Cholesterol good and bad effects on health
Cholesterol is an important chemical substance needed by the body for its proper functioning but over consumption is harmful for health. It can also block the flow of blood in the blood vessels which is very hazardous for heart also.

Food rich in cholesterol

Rise in cholesterol is not at all linked with obesity, Normal weighted people are also risked of having the chances of heart diseases. According to many doctors they have seen many patients who are fat but are having normal cholesterol level where as patients who are slim are having problems of high cholesterol.
Eat good cholesterol
Some food items contain good cholesterol also. Like beans rich in fiber, whole grains, and some vegetables which enables the body to get rid of bad LDL.
Usually packed food items contain high level of saturated fat or salt level which increase blood pressure and heart problems at the same time higher sugar level is not good for diabetes patient so, it will be better to check the cholesterol levels while purchasing any food items. There are various zero cholesterol food items which are available easily. Normal cholesterol equals zero risk, it is highly risky to think that if cholesterol level is normal you don’t need to take care of your heart health. Actually cholesterol is one of the major factor that effects heart health, apart from the presence of triglyceride in blood insulin resistance and high blood pressure are also the enemies of heart.
