Dampen a cotton swap with pure rosewater and apply it to your closed eyes, the cooling effect of rosewater help relax tired eye muscles, and rejuvenate it.
Mix a teaspoon of Triphala in a glass of water and leave it overnnight, and in the morning strain water and wash your eyes with Thriphala water.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, this will keep your system clean and cure the internal dryness of body which is the major source if strained eye muscles.
Splash your eyes with lukewarm water 10-15 times in morning, avoid abrupt water temperature. It will give a relaxed warm massage to your eyes.
Focus on particular diet to strengthen your vision, such as stewed apple, raw carrot, cabbage, and sprouted chick-peas. Winter Cherry (Ashwagandha) helps strengthen vision.
