Generally most of the people consider heart disease as a man’s problem, but in actual women are more prone to heart problems compare to men. In fact, in United States women are ranked first who get affected by heart diseases the most. It is one of the chief reason for disability among women.

These symptoms are generally very subtle and this is because in women the obstruction is caused in main as well as in small arteries which supply blood to the heart. This is also known as “micro-vascular” heart disease. Many times most of the women claims heart disease at emergencies because their symptoms are not common as in the case of heart diseases. It there is any kind of indication from your health about some problem in heart or you are getting heart attacks immediately consult your doctor for proper medications.

  2. Keep your weight under control.
  3. Avoid smoking or drinking.
  4. Take diet free form fat, cholesterol and salt.
  5. Go for a routine checkups for blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.
