According to the national institute of health one of the major pain that is very common now a days is the ‘back pain’.It becomes very difficult to resist back pain problems at a point of time.

Back pain makes the day to day life very dis-comfortable as it creates difficulty in sitting down,sleep or stand up properly.If you are suffering from back pain every day becomes like a war which has to be faced.
