#Drinking one glass of hot lemon water in the morning time is very beneficial for health.

#For you breakfast you can take 1 C( carbohydrate),1 P(protein) and one dairy item like milk.Also add some dry fruits to your meals.

#Before dinner try eating light food like one glass juice or any other fruit.

#Take soup in your lunch time but avoid adding cream to it, it can increase your weight.

#Avoid drinking,hard drinks do not contain any nutrients rather it increases your body weight.

#Do not eat much at one time,you can eat small amount food through out the day.

#To prevent your body from dehydration drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
