Exercise better for migraine than drugs

Exercise plays a vital role for the people suffering from migraine.Migraine headaches are different from neck headaches and stress as they often occur in episodes.

Neck pain,or change in visual are some of the symptom that occur before the headache starts.A new research has found that daily exercise prevents migraines similar to any prescribed medicine or relaxation therapy.Regular exercise reduce migraine attacks in women by three quarters.

exercise is proved more effective than any prescribed medicine or any other therapy.The study was done among people consisting of 91 women between the age of 18 years and 65 years old.They were asked to exercise at least 40 minutes three times a week, other were undergone the relaxation therapy and the last were given the topiramate.

The outcome of the research shows dramatic decrease in the number of migraines in all three groups.This proves that exercise can be used a an alternative medicine for the patients suffering from migraine headache.
