Hair Fall Treatment through Ayurveda

Its a lesser known fact that, the tissues which are responsible for formation of bones are also responsible for your hair growth. Ayurvedic practitioners opines that early hair fall is related to the body type and also the stability of  one’s mind and body.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Hair Fall

In Ayurveda hair fall/loss is treated with herbs, diet, meditation, yoga, breathing, aromatherapy, and oil massage.

Massage:

Their is nothing like a good head massage. To improve the blood circulation level massage your scalps with coconut oil or oil rich in Vitamin C. Also apply some to your toes while retiring. Daily massaging the scalp for 5-10 minutes greatly stimulates the circulation.

Green Tea:

It is believed that the ingredients in green tea can inhibit the production of DHT (Dihydrotestosterone), the main cause of hair loss in men and women. Choose to drink green tea for your hair to rejuvenate.

Herbs for Hair:

Herbs are definitely beneficial for controlling hair loss but be careful while choosing it, because herbs may react if taken with some other medication that you are taking. Rinsing your hair in apple cider vinegar and sage tea stimulates the growth of the hair. Horsetail is the best source of silica, which helps to keep your hair strong and look shiny and sleek.

Diet:

The most important part of having healthy lifestyle is to have a good diet, and it also applies in preventing hair fall. Every morning, eat a handful of white sesame seeds, because they contain sufficient amounts of magnesium and calcium that are essential for the growth of your hair. Consumption of  yogurt everyday will add bounce and life to you hair, and stimulate hair growth cycle.
