1. Surgery-There is a operation called prostatectomy in which whole prostate gland is removed.
2. Radiation therapy-This therapy is used to kill all the cancer cells.The high energy x-rays are used in this proses.
3. Hormone therapy-Testosterone are the main hormones of male cells.Prostate tumor needs this hormone to grow.Some drugs are used to either reduce these hormone which can reduce the level of prostate produced in the body.
4. Brachytherapy-This is a new type of radio therapy  in which the the radioactive wires are directly inserted into the tumor which kills it from inside.
