Protein rich diet reduces belly fat

A new research published in the journal of Nutrition  has revealed that protein rich compounds  specially the dairy products has a positive impact on body resulting in flattening belly and increasing lean muscles.The study comprises of three groups of obese people each one consuming low, medium and high amounts of dairy products along with  appropriate amount of protein and carbohydrates.

The researchers noticed that all three groups losses weight but the group that consumes high protein, high dairy products losses much abdomen and body fat as compared to other two groups.

Researchers also found that low-protein, and low dairy products result only in a pound reduction and half of the muscle whereas low-protein diet and medium dairy products lost no muscle.People who consumed high protein and high dairy products showed remarkable reduction in belly fat compared to other two groups.
