UTI in children ; causes & treatment
Urinary tract infection in children is a common problem now a days. Approximately one percent of children under five years of age suffer from this disease.
According to the age and condition of disease there can be different symptoms in children.

After seven days of antibiotic medication, this disease is usually cured. In certain cases injections can also be given to the patient.
According to the survey
About 10% children go for dialysis due to a disease known as Obstructive Uropathy. In the same way 30% children suffering from chronic kidney disease are more effected to UTI. Due to Vesicoureteric reflux 25% children are prone to urinary tract infections. UTI is common in 25% children in the world.
Due to advancement of modern medications Anti-natal USG examination of kidney disorders in infants can be traced 16 weeks before pregnancy. Timely diagnosis and treatment helps in getting rid of health problems and complications in children.
