Remedy Using Turmeric Powder
- Place 1 cups of milk in a bowl
- Place it on stove
- Let it be warm
- Strain it
- Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder to it
- Add honey to make it yummy
- Drink it
Remedy using Mustard Oil
- Warm up the mustard oil
- Massage your joints with it by applying little pressure
- Apply it twice a day
Remedy using Fenugreek Seeds
- Take 1 tsp of grounded fenugreek seeds
- Have them with lukewarm water

- Soak 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in a bowl
- Let it stand overnight
- Have them next morning
