Childhood Exposure To Germs & Dirt Makes Immunity Better
Does Exposure To Dirt Improves Immunity
The answer is yes, It does Improves Immunity.
If you want to make your child tough and to have a stronger immune system, let him play in the dirt.

It may sound absurd but its true, children who are exposed to dirt and rough conditions have more immunity than others.
In India some people are aware of this fact, as children of people living in tribal areas, villages or in other places where living conditions are tougher have stronger immunity than to those living in urban areas or in more hygienic conditions.
Exposing one’s child to rough or dirt is known as Hygiene Hypothesis.
Is It Proved
It has now been proved by the researchers of Brigham and of Women’s Hospital.
The test was done upon a mice as the immune system of a mice shares a close

resemblance with the human immune system. One of them was kept in a dirt free surrounding and the other one in its natural habitat.
The results showed that the one living in the natural habitat had a stronger immunity system than the one living in dirt free environment.
Later when the dirt free mice was exposed to germs and microbes his body was unable to sustain its health. The mice soon got sick, his lungs were unable to tolerate the environment.
