Health-benefits of banana; eating banana lowers the risk of attacks

According to a latest research the one who eat at least three bananas a day has a good consciousness level.They are less affected by sudden attacks and retain good flow of blood to the brain.

The researchers says that if you eat one banana in the morning time one at evening  and one for the night your body will  develop good level of potassium which decreases the chances of blood coagulation on the brain for about 20 percent.

It is suggested that large numbers of attacks can be controlled by consuming potassium rich food which includes green vegetables,milk,nuts,fish etc.

Some studies also says that bananas can be helpful in controlling blood pressure and many other health problems to.One banana contains almost 500 milligrams of potassium which is sufficient to regulate blood pressure and health of the body.

In contrary to this too less amount of potassium can lead to negative effects on the body such as heart problems,sickness,tiredness,problem in bowls movement and many more.

But at the same time if people start taking large amount of potassium the effects can be evil.It gives more chances of strokes and more death rate will become noticeable. So somethings are necessary for life but in limit .Where the limit exceeds threats to life increases.
